The Civic Leadership Training is an experiential and comprehensive 2.5
day training designed by and for Asian and Pacific Islanders (API). This
intimate class of 15-30 existing and emerging leaders will develop the
skills needed to take their civic engagement to the next level.
The CLT will help participants expand their Civic & Political Network,
build an individualized Civic & Political Process Plan, better
understand and navigate the civic and political framework (including
the electoral process), and sharpen skills useful for increasing their
civic and political participation.

-Positioning Yourself for Levels of Participation
-Networking Skills
-Financial Disclosure & Brown Act
-Individual Positioning: Civic and Political Process Plan
-Advocacy Training: How to Testify and Lobby Issues
